Parkora Gate is an application designed for authorized parking facility personnel. It allows users to view configured parking facility camera streams and remotely control parking barriers.

2. Information We Process

Parkora Gate may process the following information as necessary to provide its services:

• Site identifier: The site name or site identifier entered manually or obtained by scanning a QR code.
• Service connection information: Information required to connect the application to the designated parking facility server.
• Device and technical information: Basic technical information such as the operating system, application version, device model, network information, and error information may be processed for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
• Service usage records: Server access records and barrier control records may be processed for security, system operation, and troubleshooting.

3. Camera Permission

Parkora Gate requests access to the device camera only when the user chooses to scan a QR code for site registration or authentication.

Images captured during QR code scanning are used only to recognize the QR code. The application does not store or upload the camera image used for QR code scanning.

4. Video Streams

The application may display video streams from cameras installed at an authorized parking facility. These streams are provided only for parking facility monitoring and barrier control purposes.

Parkora Gate does not independently record or store the displayed video stream on the user's mobile device.

5. Purpose of Processing

The information described above is processed for the following purposes:

• To connect users to the appropriate parking facility
• To provide camera viewing and barrier control functions
• To verify and maintain authorized service access
• To protect the service against unauthorized access
• To diagnose errors and improve service stability
• To respond to technical support requests

6. Information We Do Not Collect

Parkora Gate does not require general users to create a personal account and does not intentionally collect the following information through the application:

• Name
• Personal telephone number
• Personal email address
• Residential address
• Government-issued identification number
• Credit card or payment information
• Precise GPS location
• Contacts, messages, photos, or files stored on the device

7. Retention of Information

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations, and resolve technical issues.

When information is no longer required, it is deleted or securely disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
